IKG Management Sports is a Nigerian player management company based in Lagos. We scout, manage, and prepare elite U17-U20 talent from NLO, NNL, and academy football for professional trials and contracts in the UK and Europe through our agency partners.

Talent Pathway Focus

  • Positions: Striker ST/CF + Defensive Mid DM/6
  • Age: 17-20 years only
  • Requirements: NIN + Birth Certificate + International Passport. No exceptions.

SCOUTING + COMPLIANCE

  • 1. Full game footage or 15min extended highlights, off-ball work included
  • 2. Verified ID: NIN, birth certificate, passport
  • 3. Season data, goals, assists, games played
  • 4. Coach report + 30sec player interview
  • 5. 11v11, 90min games only
